Description Position Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. This role places a strong emphasis on effective utilization and management of the ATS (Paylocity) to ensure a streamlined and compliant hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruiting: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team goals - Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates - Conduct interviews and assess candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit ATS Management & Optimization: - Maintain Paylocity Recruiting dashboard to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data - Create and manage job postings within Paylocity and external job boards - Track candidate progress, maintain workflow stages, and ensure timely updates - Identify opportunities to improve Paylocity functionality and workflows Candidate Experience: - Provide a positive, professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process...
