Qualifications: Must have high school diploma or GED; must possess a valid Mississippi driver’s license. Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team player. Must possess excellent customer service skill. Must be able to work any day, any shift. Must have at least two years previous experience in landscaping/gardening with appropriate certification. Essential Job Functions: Maintain health, vitality and appearance of all shrubs, trees and ornamental plants. - Maintain and repair all sprinklers and waterlines associated with above areas. - Vacuum swimming pool daily (year-round). - Groom all flower beds and exposes soil on a daily basis. - Assist laborers, when needed, with large jobs. - Must meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies. - Must be able to work in extremes of temperature in excess of 115 degrees or below 10 degrees. - Must be able of hearing in the full audible range in high noise conditions and possess average vision and color perception. - Must be able to stoop, bend, jump, and carry heavy loads, run level surfaces as well as up or down stairs. - Must be able to lift at leas 50 pounds. - Must possess...
