Healthcare Data Analyst (Clinic Administration)

Job description

Overview The Healthcare Data Analyst will join a collaborative team at Joslin Diabetes Center supporting clinical operations, grounded in patient safety and improvement science to participate in projects that promote a culture of excellence. The Healthcare Data Analyst will be responsible for acquisition, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of sensitive data to support quality and performance measurement and track improvement efforts. They must be able to work independently and collaboratively to locate and validate data, identify data requirements, and communicate data specifications to team members and leaders. They must be able to develop reporting/analytic solutions, but also be able to draw meaningful conclusions and make recommendations for actions. The Healthcare Data Analyst will leverage software applications to design solutions and perform detailed data mapping and analysis. They will not only manage data and design new processes, but will be accountable for the timely and accurate production of routine monitoring reports and special projects.
