Overview The Operations Management Intern will participate in a structured leadership development internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to transit operations, workforce management, compliance, and operational leadership within MV Transportation. This internship program is intended to provide educational and professional development opportunities while supporting compliance with applicable employment, labor, safety, and wage and hour laws. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Gain hands-on exposure to daily transit operations including dispatch, routing, scheduling, KPI tracking, customer service metrics, and service delivery performance management. - Learn safety, maintenance, compliance, and regulatory fundamentals including DOT, FTA, ADA, and Company operating standards. - Support workforce management initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, retention, employee engagement, and exposure to labor and employee relations processes. - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and P&L reviews to understand operational financial performance and compliance considerations. - Lead or support a division-focused operational improvement project and present findi...
