General Job Description : The Instructional Coach serves as a member under the Leman Academy of Excellence Professional Development department. They will work alongside the Site Principal and Director of Curriculum and Instruction in shepherding a group of teachers in areas of academic excellence, effective teaching strategies, classical education, Charlotte Mason techniques, and Dr. Leman’s philosophies that are congruent to our mission statement.
