We have an opportunity for a Medical Records Officer to join their team of staff in the Operations department. This is a part-time role for 22.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: - Prepare patient records for upcoming clinics, admissions, investigations, and procedures. - Ensure all required documentation (e.g., consent forms, test results, referral letters) is accurately filed and accessible for clinical teams. - Maintain and update both paper and electronic records in accordance with data protection policies and hospital procedures. - Locate and retrieve patient notes efficiently when requested by clinical, admin, or legal teams. - Log and track movement of physical records across departments using tracking systems. - Ensure records are returne...
