We are urgently hiring a Massachusetts EEC Director II–certified Childcare Center Director to join our current Center Director and co-lead our licensed preschool childcare center in Wakefield, MA. This is an opportunity for an experienced early childhood education leader who understands EEC compliance and childcare operations — and is ready to step into a role with clear expectations, operational partnership, and the stability needed to lead with confidence. Our organization is well-established, operationally structured, and committed to providing Directors with the resources, enrollment support, and staffing partnership necessary to run a compliant, high-quality program successfully.
