Position Summary: The Director of Clinical Education provides operational leadership for third- and fourth-year clinical education at the Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine (MSOM). Reporting to the Associate Dean for Clinical Education, this role develops, directs, and oversees the systems, processes, and partnerships that support core clerkships, electives, and regional clinical campus operations. The Director ensures clinical rotation experiences meet MSOM curriculum requirements and accreditation standards, supports preceptors and clinical sites, and advances continuous quality improvement across the clinical education program. Overall, the role provides day-to-day operational leadership for MSOM clinical education.
