Job description

Mercury Systems is seeking skilled solderers to support a variety of production tasks involving PCBs and PCBAs. To be successful, you will need to demonstrate skill with soldering SMT and through hole components, rework, and repair of boards. This is a 2nd shift opportunity, daily hours will be from 2:30 pm to 12:00 am, and overtime is available and encouraged. Job Responsibilities: - Use soldering irons to attach electronic components with SMT and Thru hole technologies. - Interpreting job routers, written instructions, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics - Performing a variety of inspections to ensure assemblies meet/exceed IPC standards - Performing pass downs with outgoing/incoming shifts - Modifying, soldering, reworking, and repairing assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications, drawings, and work instructions - Other duties as assigned by Lead or Supervisor Required Qualifications: - Will require an on-site soldering assessment to J-STD-001 standards during the interview - Must have meticulous hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity - Must be able to work 2nd Shift hours, 2:30 pm to 12:00 am - Require experience 3 - 5 years of...
