WORK LOCATION: Ann Arbor, MI FLSA STATUS: Exempt: S ALARY RANGE: The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 to $115,000 annually . This range reflects a good faith estimate based on the targeted level for the role and typical compensation benchmarks across U.S. locations. Actual compensation may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographical location, and internal alignment. SUMMARY: The Production Quality Inspection Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the quality inspection processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications for UAS/UAV production. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of quality inspection techniques will be instrumental in maintaining the highest level of product quality and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
