Job Summary: The CareSource Artificial Intelligence (AI) Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting enterprise-wide AI initiatives that drive innovation and operational excellence. The intern cohort will be comprised of highly motivated college seniors or recent graduates with strong foundations in Artificial Intelligence. Essential Functions: - Assist in translating business problems into AI-enabled solutions. - Participate in pod-based delivery teams focused on tangible operational outcomes (cost, quality, experience, compliance). - Help validate AI outputs for accuracy, fairness, and regulatory alignment. - Document AI use cases, workflows, assumptions, and results to support adaptability. - Prepare summaries, dashboard, and presentations for leadership and governance forums. - Perform any other job related duties as requested.
