Successful candidates will report to the Engineer-In-Charge and will work on complex project planning and preliminary design analysis. The Engineers (Capital / Scope) will support multiple City initiatives and Sponsor Agencies, such as the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) by managing and participating in Capital Project Scope Development (CPSD) studies and alternative analyses for roadway, sewer, and water main projects.
