Position Summary The HR Manager II is a strategic partner to leadership, responsible for supporting and advancing HR initiatives that align with business objectives. This role provides leadership across core HR functions, supports workforce and talent strategies, advises managers, and contributes to organizational growth and effectiveness. Supervisor Responsibilities: This position may have supervisory responsibilities over other employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ◦ Addressing employee relations matters, including employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights concerns, in a timely and professional manner. ◦ Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and corrective action processes in alignment with company policy and applicable employment practices. - Evaluate HR processes and procedures across corporate and mine locations and identify opportunities to streamline and improve service delivery across the organization. - Support core HR functions by developing and executing strategies related to performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, training, and employee development. - Provide leadership and hands-on support for recruiting efforts, in...
