Position Summary The HR Manager II is a strategic partner to leadership, responsible for supporting and advancing HR initiatives that align with business objectives. This role provides leadership across core HR functions, supports workforce and talent strategies, advises managers, and contributes to organizational growth and effectiveness. Supervisor Responsibilities: This position may have supervisory responsibilities over other employees.
