About This Role: As the Unit Manager, Collections in Lenexa, you will be a cornerstone of our operational transformation. You aren’t just stepping into a management seat; you are the architect of our first Sentry collections team in Kansas. Your mission is to build, stabilize, and lead a high-performing team of ~16 specialists through a period of exciting growth.
