UX Designer What You Will Be Doing: As a UX Designer at Premier, you will execute interaction and visual design work for both internal enterprise tools and member-facing digital products. You will apply user research findings and business requirements to create user-centered designs that are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with Premier's design standards. You will design interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypes that clearly communicate your recommendations to cross-functional teams including product management and development. This role works within an established UX process and design system, contributing meaningfully to the quality of Premier's product experiences while continuing to grow their craft. A UX Designer at Premier is expected to bring a strong portfolio that demonstrates hands-on, professional design experience and an understanding of user-centered design principles.
