Provide support as directed by designated supervisor. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Wo.rk under your supervisor to fulfill the duties given to you. Additional information on Work study may be found here . - Update Rosters, ensure all paperwork is completed by student-athletes by deadlines. - Send out weekly travel letters to student-athletes and coaches for those missing class. - Track and send out reminders for Coaches Compliance Certifications. - Work evenings and weekends as needed to fulfill your duties and responsibilities. - Complete required trainings as needed: SafeSport, Title IX, Clery Act, IT Security training, etc. - Manage and oversee staff as assigned. - Assign duties, create schedule, and ensure accountability to work completed. - Work Concessions dates during needed times throughout the year. - Remains abreast of existing and emerging technologies, processes, products, services and leading industry performance benchmarks. - Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission - Work to enhance the Club Sports programs and uphold the mission and values of Club Sports - Work in office setting and outdoors. - Have a flexible attitude and...
