Cost Analyst, Lead The Opportunity: As a cost analyst on our team, you will review and analyze complex finan cia l and cost data, create cost models, perform various cost-informed analyses, and communicate the results to program and project leadership. You won’t go at it alone, you will work as part of a cross-functional team with clients to translate program requirements into cost estimates by using your knowledge and skills to gather relevant data, document assumptions, and create para met ric estimates and Independent Government Cost Estimates ( IGCEs ) . You’ll work with peers to develop cost risk analyses using Monte Carlo simulation sof t war e and joint cost and schedule confidence level ( JCL ) models, and employ your strong analytical skills to provide meaningful insight into the data. In this role, you’ll also be able to share your passion for finance, data, analytics, and statistics to employ mathematical techniques, statistical met hods, engineering met hods, and scripting languages to develop new and novel approaches for estimating cost.
