About the Role: Reporting to the Manager, People Culture & Safety, you will take ownership of the operational and systems integrity of the PCS function. From maintaining Employment Hero as the function's system of record through to processing employee lifecycle transactions, producing workforce reporting, and administering a range of people programs, you will play a central role in ensuring the PCS function runs with accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
