School Summary Ohio Connections Academy, a tuition-free K–12 public virtual school that students attend from home. Authorized under state law by the Ohio Council of Community Schools, Ohio Connections Academy (OCA) is state certified and open to students throughout Northeast, Northwest, Central, Southeast, and Southwest Ohio. Position Summary and Responsibilities: Working from an office in Mason or Columbus, Ohio, or from a home office, with frequent travel required, the High School Principal will help manage staff as they consult regularly with Learning Coaches and students, ensuring that each child successfully completes their instructional program. The principal is responsible for working with the administrative team, parents, students, support staff, and certified teachers who virtually facilitate a home-based student instructional program. The School Principal will spend a majority of their time working with stakeholders on matters of policy, academic outcomes, reporting, and supervision.
