Overview Position Overview: Responsible for maintaining all production equipment in good working order and upholds all GMP quality standards, plant safety and equipment on all production lines. Requires thorough knowledge and understanding of all production equipment to support set-ups, changeovers, adjustments, minor repairs, and routine operations in accordance with company SOP’s and manufacturer's specifications Setup Technicians are responsible for keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production flow with minimal down time while maintaining a safe work environment. Assists more skilled staff in the completion of larger and more complex assignments. Must be willing to set up, run, adjust and maintain equipment. Responsibilities: Specific Responsibilities: - Perform all production equipment line set ups and change overs. - Perform all necessary adjustments on production equipment. - Evaluate condition of equipment and tooling during set-ups and report needed repairs. - Completeappropriate paper/digitaldocuments in a timely and detailed manner. - Practice and actively drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes. - Monitorand adjust machinery to a level whereby m...
