This includes floating to MedSurg, Telemetry, Mental Health, Emergency Department, Neurology, Orthopedic, and Spine units, as well as specialized areas such as Courage Kenny Rehabilitation, Cardiac Intensive Care Units (ICUs), Neuro ICUs, and Medical ICUs. This flexibility allows the Nursing Assistant to assist with patient care and unit operations wherever demand is greatest, ensuring consistent support across diverse areas of patient care.
