Summary: The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) at Firefly Aerospace serves as a trusted advisor to the Engineering and Programs Teams as well as other assigned client groups, providing both hands-on tactical support and strategic leadership across the full employee lifecycle. This role partners directly with organizational leaders to diagnose workforce needs, guide people decisions, and elevate team performance in a fast-moving, mission-driven aerospace environment.
