Job description
As Lead Commercial Finance – Channels and Partnerships , you will be a strategic finance partner to Channel Sales, Partnerships and Product leadership teams for Convera’s partner-led growth motions, including indirect channels, strategic alliances, embedded finance and distribution partnerships. Your mission is to improve commercial decision‑making —from pricing and deal structuring to customer profitability and growth investment tradeoffs. This role reports to Head of Commercial Finance (Partners and Channels) and sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution . You’ll translate data into insight, insight into action, and action into measurable financial impact. What You’ll Do: Business Partnership & Decision Support: - Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Marketing and Product leaders to evaluate partner strategies, growth initiatives, commercial structures and commercial investments - Act as the primary finance thought partner for key commercial decisions, ensuring alignment with financial objectives, incentive design and risk tolerance - Challenge assumptions, pressure‑test proposals, and help leaders understand tradeoffs between growth, margin, a...
