We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment and brings a proactive, people-first approach, supporting multiple brands across the PBS Brands (Punch Bowl Social, Pinstripes, Voicebox, Sweet Tooth Hotel, and Lyrical). This is a Denver-based hybrid position requiring regular in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Compensation $70,000-80,000 annually: What you’ll be doing: - Demonstrate professionalism and leadership through clear communication, organization, attention to detail, and awareness of team priorities. - Lead with strong listening skills, maintain composure in high-pressure situations, and prioritize issues effectively. - Act as an advisor and a mentor for operations team, guiding sound decision-making and helping mitigate risk. - Be available to support urgent employee or guest needs as they arise.
