The Job: As an F&B Coordinator , you will support the daily operations and administrative functions across Citrus, In-Room Dining, Tapas, and Banquets. Main Duties: - Provide administrative support to F&B operations, including office management, purchasing, and inventory control (controllable items). - Monitor and analyze operational costs, suppliers, and merchandising activities in coordination with F&B managers. - Create, update, and upload food & beverage menus across relevant platforms. - Prepare and distribute daily operational communications, including BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), updates, and special requests. - Coordinate purchasing processes, including supplier communication, quotations, and issuing purchase orders (POs...
