Job Summary The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision to internal counselors pursuing their Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC) credential in Tennessee. This role ensures supervision activities meet state regulatory requirements and supports the professional growth of supervisees through group supervision, individual supervision, and occasional training facilitation. The Clinical Supervisor also plays a key role in maintaining compliance with all applicable state rules and standards. Summary of Essential Job Functions: The key responsibilities of the Clinical Supervisor include but not limited to: Duties and Responsibilities - Maintain caseload - Engage in Monthly QI Meetings for reporting and improvement planning - Provide in-service training - Provide crisis intervention/support services to patients assigned to other counselors when their primary counselor is unavailable - Monitor and assess the quality of clinical services provided by the counseling team - Assist counselors in training and questions concerning case management, counseling strategies and federal and state regulations - Group Therapy Planning/Development - Conduct fidelity monitoring obser...
