As our Front Office Coordinator, you’ll become the welcoming face of the clinic and play a key role in helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their journey. The Role: This is more than a reception role - you’ll be the calm, confident presence at the heart of the clinic and the first impression of the Nova brand. Working closely with clinicians, Treatment Coordinators and the wider team, you’ll help ensure the clinic runs smoothly, appointments are coordinated seamlessly and every patient receives outstanding service at every touchpoint.
