Project Coordinator (Night Shift) The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent and will be responsible for coordination of all production requirements including but not limited to safety, quality, administration, scheduling, cost controls, client/sub-contractor/craft communication and management. This position will be based out of Thunder Bay, ON and will be a night shift role. What You Will Be Working On - Work with the business to develop business case and feasibility studies for project intake - Assist with major construction projects, including liaison with Owners, Consulting Engineers and Subcontractors - Support with the preparation and execution of overall work plan and schedule - Review and process shop drawings - Coordination of material and equipment need - Prepare weekly productivity and cost tracking - Prepare cost estimates for change orders and audit purposes - Price site instructions, work orders and change notices - Assist with quality assurance and management of client expectations - Prepare monthly progress application and expedite payments - Provide document turnover to client at completion of project - Assist with mainten...
