Position Summary: This position serves as the subject matter expert for Transportation Support Services (TSS), providing system enablement, process standards, training, and operational support to ensure consistent and effective use of FM across the organization. The role aggregates and standardizes training and process materials, develops and maintains training content and best practices, and ensures consistent delivery for new and existing associates. Additionally, the role translates end-user needs into clear process documentation and delivers data-driven insights to leadership to improve performance. Through these activities, the position drives operational consistency, user adoption, and continuous process improvement. Major Responsibilities: • Act as the TSS Systems subject matter expert by owning training content, best practices, and process documentation.
