Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory. - Experience in global sales compensation or related operational lead roles. - Experience managing SOX compliance and audit integrity within financial systems. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with SQL and commission systems (e.g., Rainmaker, Callidus, Anaplan). - Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management (e.g., Finance, Go-To-Market, and Engineering). - Ability to manage projects and go-to-market strategies (e.g., business models and product strategies) to address evolving business needs. - Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain productivity while managing shifting priorities in a changing environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
