International Team Lead

Job description

International Team Lead is responsible for leading and developing a team of international logistics professionals. This position will mentor, guide and train International team members on developing our Ocean/Air and Import/Export customer accounts by acting as a liaison between Licensed Customs Brokers, agents, Ocean/Air Terminal Operators, and customers. International Team Lead responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Lead, train and develop an international freight forwarding team Ensure your team is proficient in utilizing our internal tools to accurately and effectively process international freight orders Guide and assist team members to ensure timely preparation of rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents Ensure your team is proficient in utilizing our internal tools to accurately and effectively process international freight orders Oversee and assist with the routing of import and export bookings with airline and ocean carriers Support the development of existing and new customers Collaborate and build relationships with customers, carriers, and agent representatives regarding air, ocean, import, and export produc...
