Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for the Internal Control environment including direct communication with Internal and External Audit Managers. - Responsible for the development and execution of management action plans to remediate any issues and to drive changes in the control environment to ensure future compliance. - Lead process improvement projects to achieve world-class performance. - Project leadership of key Treasury initiatives including cross-functional teams. Key Objectives: - Maintain existing hedge documentation and supporting analysis for multiple financial products with an emphasis on cash flow hedge accounting. - Support the Commodity Trading Desk by verifying activities are within policy guidelines. - Support the Tradin...
