SUMMARY: The barista will prepare high quality beverages and serve products/pastries while providing great customer service for the Coeur d' Alene Casino Resort guests while ensuring a clean and productive environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up and tear down scheduled area and ensure daily duties are performed. Utilize proper training and drink making techniques for making quality products. Organize, clean and rotate stock in display cases, counters and coolers. Follow proper sanitation and food handling practices. Prepare menu items and drinks quickly, consistently, and efficiently.
