As Lead NFR QA & SLM, you will lead a team of experts across multiple locations, owning the SLM planning for NFR. You will coordinate and execute independent second-line monitoring, key control testing, and thematic reviews, ensuring compliance external and internal standards. You will represent NFR QA&SLM in senior forums, drive quality assurance initiatives, and contribute to the development of efficient monitoring techniques. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep expertise in non-financial risk, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders globally.
