Valiant is looking for a DTT Protection SME to join our team! This position is a full time Exempt (salary) position, supporting the ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). Doctrinal Training Team SMEs support ARNG unit commanders and staff, battalion through division providing doctrinal workshops, over the shoulder training and coaching during individual and collective event support at unit designated training sites. The Multi-Domain Protection SME is responsible for collective training to include the participation in exercise design, planning, preparation, execution, and assessment activities. Assists in the development of scenarios, script writing, tactical orders, and other supporting JELC products. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Responsible for planning and delivering all sixteen of the Protection WFF tasks for Brigade to Division levels in support of the training audience during live, virtual, constructive, and gaming collective training. - Is proficient in current Army Protection (MP, Chemical, ADA, Engineer) doctrine and processes, and able to identify new and emerging Army and Joint Protection doctrine - Familiar and capable of providing risk management and d...
