Senior Systems Engineer Company: The Boeing Company Boeing, Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) is seeking motivated, talented Senior ​Systems Engineer to join our Systems Engineering team located in Saint Charles, Missouri. Due to expanding business, we are looking for Engineers-of-Systems, Engineers with a multi discipline skill set who can solve problems and lead solutions across multiple Engineering disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity to work on and around the latest high tech weapon systems. Team Lead: Ability to lead and coordinate the activities of a team of 3-10 members, with 5-8 matrixed organizations. Ability to assess the technical performance of the system or system element, product, or service and influence product direction to satisfy technical objectives. Includes using integrated program planning to align system development efforts with customer needs and business goals and tracking key performance metrics of the system. Ability to maintain status in EVM, JIRA, Calendar, and related trackers. Ability to manage system risk and maturity by regularly assessing the system’s status throughout the program lifecycle.
