See yourself in our team Sitting within the Group Strategy function, the Strategic Policy team shapes the Group’s position on the public policy issues that matter most to CBA’s long-term strategy. We work across the Bank and with a diverse network of external stakeholders to connect ideas, people and opportunities that can influence positive change. The team is highly collaborative, expert in cross-sector engagement, and thrives in the uncertainty and ambiguity that characterise complex policy issues. Do work that matters: This is a high-trust role at the intersection of strategy, policy and execution. You will help the team identify and progress the issues, relationships and engagement opportunities that matter most to Australia and to CBA. This role is less about owning a narrow technical policy portfolio and more about creating the conditions for influence through trusted relationships, well-run forums, sharp briefings, strong internal connectivity and disciplined follow-through.
