This role is responsible for leading hardware store operations, maintaining accurate inventory, supporting deskside and AV needs, and ensuring timely fulfillment of hardware requests. The ideal candidate brings strong technical capability, leadership presence, accountability, and the ability to coordinate across multiple IT support teams.
