The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience in insurance defense preferred. Your Day-to-Day: - Assist with evaluation of presuit claims. - Communication with clients. - Respond to demands. - Draft and respond to discovery. - Assist with and take (once trained) depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts. - Learn trial skills and sit second chair at trial. - Prepare legal research. - Draft motions and attend hearings, attend inspections.
