Position Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Case Manager to join the team in the UK. Provide specialist advice to Senior Leaders in HR and the business on all aspects of case management, support the case team with managing cases and expert advice. Supporting the management of Early Conciliation and Tribunal Claims, including representing the company at tribunal hearings. Drive timescales, improvement activities and procedure changes including requirements in relation to the rights bill changes.
