Job description

POSITION: Forklift Driver Location: Winchester, VA: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operation and care of forklift in a safe manner. Must be qualified to properly operate the forklift. - Complete and document a forklift inspection form before start of shift and when operating a new forklift and turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs. - Locate stock before the start of the run. - Maintain neat, orderly, and safe stacks of stock in storage areas. - Operates and cares for forklift in a safe manner. Must be qualified to properly operate the forklift. - Completes and documents a forklift inspection form before start of shift and when operating a new forklift and turns in maintenance work orders to supervisor when repairs are needed. - Delivers all appropriate stock to appropriate machines safely and timely while maintaining areas clean and free of debris. - Removes finished goods bundles from machines making sure tags and information remain with units and moves to storage or loads delivery truck. - Assists with identifying bad quality boxes and may move to red tag area while making sure tags and/or appropriate identification remains with units. - Adheres to dai...
