POSITION TITLE: Food Services Logistics Manager LOCATION: Food Production Center: HOURS OF WORK/CALENDAR: 8 Hours per day/247-day calendar STATUS: Classified - Non-Exempt, Full Time POSITION SUMMARY: The job of Food Services Logistics Manager was established for the purpose/s of supervising warehousing, packing, and delivery services and activities; overseeing assigned personnel; providing information to others; and scheduling work assignments within established timeframes and standards. This job reports to Operations Supervisor. PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages warehouse for the purpose of providing required materials and services. Directs department functions and personnel for the purpose of prioritizing project deadlines and ensuring optimal utilization of personnel. Oversees the pulling of orders from stock, packing, and loading for the purpose of meeting daily delivery requirements. Implements assigned activities and/or projects for the purpose of complying with regulatory requirements and established guidelines.
