What You'll Be Doing: The Order Room Operations Associate II is responsible for aiding in driving departmental results, which are predominately order-related for the ongoing support of Stifel's branch offices as well as other departments such as various Trading Desks and outside money managers and requires more experience and expertise to perform under a higher stress environment. This position requires a sound understanding of the order life cycle from order entry to handling all of its needs, including corrections of various types, and knowledge of general operational and industry questions. Effectively researching trades on the different trading systems to resolve problems, process corrections, and make decisions under certain market constraints is also required.
