Job description

Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist keeps our digital marketing stack running smoothly by owning Level 1 support, user access, integrations, data hygiene, reporting cadence, and vendor/platform administration across social, web, and marketing automation tools. This role also triages and resolves tickets, coordinates change requests, and partners with Marketing, IT, and vendors to ensure reliable, compliant, and measurable digital programs. Responsibilities: - Own Zendesk ticket queue for Digital Marketing; provide Level 1 triage, troubleshooting, and timely resolution; escalate to - IT/vendors as needed. - Support and maintain the My Alliance portal - Coordinate digital platform updates, change requests, and release notes; perform QA/UAT and document outcomes. - Maintain user provisioning, permissions, and SSO/role-based access across platforms. - Manage access, integrations, and day-to-day troubleshooting for internal digital programs. - Build, test, and monitor webhooks, tags, and data layer events; maintain UTM standards and tracking taxonomy. - Maintain social media platform access and settings; coordinate with brand/channel owners. - Manage social listening tools; respon...
