Job Summary: The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Zoro's mission by enabling data-driven decisions throughout the company. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to deliver actionable insights. The Analyst collaborates with senior BI Team members and stakeholders across Category Management, Technology, Revenue, Digital Experience, Customer Fulfillment, and Finance. Key responsibilities include maintaining data models, building dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy and usability of data across the company, empowering stakeholders to make better decisions, and leveraging AI tools to drive deeper, more predictive insights in line with Zoro’s AI-first approach.
