Under the direction of the Food Services Manager develops and implements quality improvement programs, researches and develops training opportunities, reviews kitchen reporting logs and monitors child care centers for compliance in the Child & Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Supports the development of the food services program across multiple counties. Supports CAPSLO’s mission by ensuring the multiple county Child & Adult Care Food Program runs smoothly by encouraging quality improvement, training opportunities, maintaining compliance in all kitchens so the program can serve as many families and individuals as possible within the community. What you bring to the table: - Bachelor’s Degree with two years education or work experience in nutrition, food processing or early childhood education. - Experience developing and giving presentations to groups. - Solid evidence of strong organizational skills. - Experience collaborating on projects and contributing ideas. - Fluency in two or more languages, including one that supports the needs of the program and community is preferred, but not required As a Quality Development Specialist you will: Please not...
