My name is Tammy Mayo, and I am the HR Manager for Forest Ridge, a Residential Treatment Facility located just outside of Estherville, in Northwest Iowa. I am looking for people who care about helping high-risk kids make real changes in their lives. Our students are working through issues such as aggression, substance abuse, sexual exploitation in commercial sex trafficking, and what life could look like outside of gang involvement. Our Night Shift Youth Counselors work from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Our students need you to be a Solid Object. Someone who shows up every day, ready and willing to help them. You don’t bring drama or your own personal issues to work. You will hold them accountable when they don’t want you to, and you’ll forgive them when they mess up.
