Domino Platform Technical Lead

Job Description We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the evolution of our Domino-based data platform that supports colleagues in Research and other business functions. In this role, you will own the technical design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the platform, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, and easy to use for data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with research teams and business partners to understand their requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and lead a small engineering team to deliver enhancements end-to-end. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of enhancements to the Domino data platform to meet the evolving needs of Research and other business departments Own and refine the platform architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and cost-efficiency, particularly on AWS Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT data pipelines to ingest, process, and publish data from multiple internal and external sources Define and implement CI/CD best practices for the platform (infrastructure and application), including automated testing, deployment, an...
