Introduction At Ypto, we support the digital evolution of NMBS by developing, improving, and maintaining applications that make a difference for passengers, employees, and operational teams. To strengthen our analysis capabilities, we are looking for a Senior Business & Functional Analyst who can translate business needs into clear, high‑quality functional solutions, guide stakeholders, and coach junior analysts. With your strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and structured way of working, you help build future‑proof solutions that support Ypto’s mission. Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Capture business (client) requirements and prioritize these (MoSCoW or WSJF). Describe and analyze business processes (BPMN or similar) and propose improvements. Lead business requirements workshops in an agile environment. Communicate clearly and concisely across different channels. Coach junior analysts and support their development. Lead a small team of analysts (onshore and offshore). Functional Analysis: Translate business requirements into functional requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
