Job Title: Recruiter Job Code: REC001: SUMMARY: Coordinates technical recruiting and temporary selection processes. Success measures include retention, time to fill, average days open, and depth metrics as determined by Talent Based Organization strategies. Acts as point person to support operational staffing in the organization.
